The President of the Republic decorated, with the Grand Cross of the Order of Prince Henry the Navigator, the retiring Executive Secretary of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries, Eng. Domingos Simões Pereira, for the work developed during his tenure of office while heading the organization.
