President of the Republic decorated Lieutenant Colonel Pedro Cruz

The President of the Republic decorated with the grade of Commander of the Military Order of Aviz Lieutenant Colonel Pedro Miguel do Vale Cruz, who will be relinquishing his duties as the President’s Aide de Camp to take active duty in the Centre for Special Operations Troops, in Lamego.
