Ceremony in Belem Cultural Centre
The President of the Republic delivered a speech and decorated a number of individualities and institutions at the Ceremonial Opening Session of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities, which was held in Belém Cultural Centre, in Lisbon.
The Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Commemorations, Prof. Doctor António Sampaio da Nóvoa had previously delivered a speech.
