Commemorative Dinner in São Paulo
The President of the Republic attended the Commemorative Dinner for the 99th Anniversary of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, held in Sociedade Hípica Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil.
The Portuguese Chamber of Commerce in Brazil attributed a Special Tribute to President Cavaco Silva for “the promotion of the development of the economic and entrepreneurial relations between the two countries”. On the occasion speeches were delivered by the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Manuel Tavares Filho, by the Mayor of São Paulo, Gilberto Kassab, by the Governor of the State of São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, by the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Brazil, Michel Temer and by the President of the Republic, Aníbal Cavaco Silva.
