Balloon barrage in Belém
On Nelson Mandela Day, the President of the Republic met with a group of young participants in the Ubuntu Academy educational project, promoted by the Father António Vieira Institute.
Welcomed in the Waterfall Gardens, in the Palace of Belém, the youths let off a barrage of 67 balloons, containing an equal number of messages with proposals for a better world, in the areas of solidarity, education, health and environment.
