The Presidency of the Republic publishes the following informative note:
"The President of the Republic called a meeting of the Council of State to take place on 29 October, at 17.00 hours, in the terms of item e), 2nd part, of article No. 145 of the Constitution (advise the President of the Republic in the exercise of his duties), with the following agenda: The 2011 State Budget and the political situation”.
