Heads of State at the Cotec Meeting
The President of the Republic, King Juan Carlos of Spain and President Giorgio Napolitano of Italy, attended in Casa da Música, Porto, the closure of the VI Cotec Europe Meeting.
After the speeches of the Italian and Spanish Heads of State, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva delivered an address to the four hundred entrepreneurs and researchers of the three countries present at the meeting.
