Individualities from the entrepreneurial and political milieus will meet on 9 July, in Estoril, in an encounter that intends to provide a contribution for the reflection over entrepreneurial competitiveness in the world economy.
The President of the Republic and the President of the European Commission, Dr. José Manuel Durão Barroso will deliver addresses at the opening of COTEC Global Business Forum 2010, which will be held in the Estoril Conference Centre.
Under the High Sponsorship of the President of the Republic, the Global Business Forum 2010 comprises an entrepreneurial panel with top executives of four multinational corporations: Pamela Passman, Vice-President of Microsoft, Andrew Morgan, President for Europe of Diageo, Dominic Barton, Global Managing Director of the Mckinsey Company, and Spiro Rombotis, President of Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals.
These participants will debate with national entrepreneurs and managers answers to globalization and technological change, as well as entrepreneurial strategies for internationalization, job creation, education and training, economic growth and sustainability.
