Declaration to be addressed by the President of the Republic concerning the Parliamentary Bill that allows same gender marriages

The President of the Republic will issue a declaration concerning the Parliamentary Bill that allows marriage between people of the same gender today, at 20.15 hours, in the Palace of Belém.
