Official opening of Avenue of the Republic
The President of the Republic visited the county of Penamacor, where he was given a welcome ceremony in the Main Hall of the Council Building, after which he addressed a speech.
Later, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva presided at the inaugural act of the name plate of the new Avenue of the Republic, in Penamacor.
