Visit of State to Portugal of the President of the Republic of Chile

At the invitation of the President of the Republic, the President of the Republic of Chile, Mrs. Michelle Bachelet, will carry out a State Visit to Portugal, on 1 and 2 December next.

President Michelle Bachelet will be received in the Palace of Belém by President Cavaco Silva, who will host a banquet in her honour, to be held in the Palace of Queluz.

The official programme will also include meetings with the Speaker of the Portuguese Parliament and with the Prime Minister.

The Head of the Chilean State will also attend a Portugal-Chile Economic Seminar, covering Trade, Investment and Energy.
