Chapel of Our Lady of Hope
The President of the Republic presided at the inaugural act of the refurbishment work carried out in the Chapel of Our Lady of Hope, in Abrunhosa, County of Sátão.
After unveiling the commemorative plaque, President Cavaco Silva visited the temple, built in mid XVIII Century.
The President of the Republic also had the opportunity to listen to a short music recital played on the also restored piped organ, which included the Sátão anthem sung by the Zatam group and by the county’s folklore bands.
