The State Visit to Portugal of the President of the People’s Republic of China, Hu Jintao, planned to take place on 10 and 11 July has been postponed at the request of the Chinese Authorities, following the events in the Xingjian Uygur Autonomous Region.
The Visit will be held as soon as conditions so permit, on a date to be set through diplomatic channels.
