The President of the Republic hosted, in São Francisco Convent, Santarém, a banquet to the individualities invited to assist at the Commemorations of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities.
Songstress Cristina Branco held a performance after the end of the banquet and, later, the President of the Republic and his retinue headed to Campo Infante da Câmara, to attend part of a musical show for the people of Santarém.
