President sends message to participants in the Defence Leaders Forum

The President of the Republic addressed a message to the Defence Leaders Forum, which met in Lisbon to discuss the subject “NATO Operations: the Challenges of Information Technologies to Nations and Industry ".

The message of President Aníbal Cavaco Silva was given to the participants in the Forum’s final plenary session.
