Project “Friendly Council”
In the beginning of a visit to Trás-os-Montes, the President of the Republic was welcomed in the Vila Real County Council where the Mayor, Manuel Martins, introduced him to the Project "Friendly Council".
At the end of the session, Cavaco Silva stopped by two motor vans parked outside the Council Building, intended to service the referred Project, one dedicated to Health care and the other equipped to provide small repairs in the homes of the aged.
