President Cavaco Silva addressed a message to the Portuguese Communities round the world

In an already traditional gesture included in the programme of the celebrations of the National day of Portugal, the President of the Republic addressed, from Viana do Castelo and through the media, a message to all the Portuguese Communities spread around the world.
