COTEC Innovation Conference
The President of the Republic presided at the Closing Session of the 5th COTEC National Innovation Conference, where he delivered a speech.
During the conference, which was held in Porto, the President awarded the COTEC-UNICER Innovatory Product Prize to companies Nokia Siemens Networks Portugal and Galp Energia.
The names of entrepreneurs Carlos de Mattos and Fernando Ferreira were announced, on the occasion, as the Winners of the 1st edition of the Prize for Innovating Entrepreneurs in the Portuguese Diaspora.
Later, President Cavaco Silva took part in the General Meeting of COTEC Portugal.
