President spoke at the opening of the CPLP Summit which marked the change of the Presidency to Angola

The President of the Republic delivered a speech at the Opening Session of the VIII Summit of the Heads of State and of Government of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP), which is being held in Luanda.

The address of President Aníbal Cavaco Silva marked the transfer of the responsibility of the Presidency of CPLP from Portugal to Angola, for a two year mandate.
