Presidents Cavaco Silva and Eduardo dos Santos open NOVICER unit near Luanda

The Presidents of Portugal and Angola presided jointly at the inaugural act, in Kinfangondo, Cacuaco, near Luanda, a manufacturing facility of NOVICER - Cerâmica de Angola, of the Portuguese Mota-Engil group, which produces construction materials.

After the unveiling of the plaque and of the symbolic start up of the unit’s production equipment, the two Presidents viewed a part of the productive process, with a group of Angolan trainees from the Professional Training Centre of the Mota-Engil group.
