The President of the Republic attended, in Panama City, the inaugural ceremonies of the XXIII Iberian American Summit.
Meeting in Panama City
On the outskirts of the XXIII Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and of Government, being held in Panama City, the President of the Republic met with Prince Felipe of Spain, who is representing King Juan Carlos in several of the meeting’s activities.

The President of the Republic was invited to attend the closing ceremonies of the Iberian American Entrepreneurial Seminar, which was held in Panama City, inserted in the programme of the XXIII Summit Meeting of the Heads of State and of Government of the Community of which Portugal, Spain, Andorra and the Latin American countries are members.
