Tribute paid to Porto individualities
The President of the Republic paid tribute to three Porto individualities at a merit recognition ceremony that followed the presentation of the refurbishment project under progress.

During a visit to the city of Porto, the President of the Republic was received in the City Hall by the Mayor, Dr. Rui Rio, and later viewed the Citizen’s Office, the Antas Educational Centre and the Fonte da Moura social housing project.

The President of the Republic presided at the inaugural act, in Porto, of the new facilities of the Faculties of Medicine and of Pharmacology and of the Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences.
