Ceremony in Olhão
The President of the Republic took part, in Olhão, in the commemorative ceremonies of the hundredth anniversary of the Olhanense Sports Club, and officially opened the Trophy Room in the José Arcanjo Stadium.

The President of the Republic began his visit to Águeda County at the Aquimóveis industrial facility, where he watched a presentation of the project “Águeda Concept – from local to global”.

The President of the Republic visited Vagos County, where he presided at the inaugural act of the headquarters of NEVA – Vagos Entrepreneurial Nucleus, viewed the facilities and delivered a speech.

The President of the Republic visited Penela County, where he was welcomed in the County Hall and delivered a speech.
The President of the Republic sent a message of congratulations to judoist Telma Monteiro who won the title of European judo champion in the -57 Kg category, in the European championships being held in Russia.

Traditional Alentejo music
The Palace of Belém was opened to the public on 25 April, to visit the gardens of the President of the Republic and watch the performance of Alentejo Chant by several choral groups, within the programme of the celebrations of Freedom Day.
Cerimónia na Assembleia da República
The President of the Republic took part, in the House of Parliament, in the Commemorative Ceremony of the 38th Anniversary of the 25th April, where he delivered a speech allusive to the event.
