Introduction to book “Routes VII”
On the anniversary of his taking office in his second mandate, on 9 March, the President of the Republic publishes the Introduction to “Routes VII”, that brings together his main public speeches throughout the past year.
In the Introduction, President Cavaco Silva approaches, specifically, how a President of the Republic should act in times of grievous economic and financial crisis, such as that which Portugal has been through in the latter years.
