The President of the Republic takes part, on 16 and 17 November instant, in the XXII Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and Government, which will be held in Cadiz, Spain.
This year, the Iberian American Summit of Heads of State and Government will celebrate the 200th anniversary of the 1812 Cadiz Constitution, which will promote a reflection of its influence on the diverse constitutional texts of the various countries, on both sides of the Atlantic, and which will be taking part in the Summit.
