Innovatory project
The President of the Republic attended, in Aguçadora, near Póvoa de Varzim, the start up ceremony of the first floating wind turbine, producing electric power, installed in the offing of the Portuguese coast.
After observing the tower from land, President Cavaco Silva witnessed a presentation by the officers responsible for launching the project.
