Heinz Fischer in Belém
The President of the Republic received, in the Palace of Belém, the Federal President of the Republic of Austria, Heinz Fischer, as programmed for the latter’s official visit to Portugal.
Prior to the meeting between the delegations of both countries, a private meeting was held comprising the Wives of the two Heads of State, Mrs. Cavaco Silva and Mrs. Margit Fischer.
At the end of their working meting both Presidents made declarations to the media.
