President empowered new members of the Council of State

Empowerment of the new members of the Council of State

The President of the Republic empowered the new members of the Council of State, in a ceremony held on Thursday, April 6.

Dr. Jorge Sampaio was empowered as a Councillor of State by inherence. The remaining Councillors of State also empowered – Prof. Doctor João Lobo Antunes, Prof. Doctor Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, Dr. Manuela Ferreira Leite, Dr. Manuel Dias Loureiro and Eng. Miguel Anacoreta Correia, were appointed by the President of the Republic.
