Meeting in Graciosa

President of the Republic held meeting with the Government of the Azores Autonomous Region

Within the programme of his visit to the archipelago, the President of the Republic held a meeting, in the Island of Graciosa, with the Government of the Azores Autonomous Region.

The meeting included, in addition to President Aníbal Cavaco Silva, the Representative of the Republic for the Region, Ambassador Pedro Catarino, and the President’s Chief of Staff, José Manuel Nunes Liberato.

The Azorean executive comprised the President of the Regional Government, Carlos César, the Vice-President, Sérgio Ávila and the Regional Secretary for the Economy, Vasco Cordeiro.
