Speech delivered in the Plenary Meeting of the UNO General Assembly
In the second day of the Plenary Meeting the President of the Republic addressed the 63rd United Nations General Assembly.
After his speech, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva was congratulated by several representatives of the countries present at the United Nations General Assembly.
