Tomb of D. Afonso Henriques
In the beginning of the 2nd Campaign of the Route to Heritage, dedicated to the Provinces of Beira and Douro Litoral, the President of the Republic visited the Monastery of Santa Cruz, in Coimbra, laid a wreath of flowers on the tomb of the first King of Portugal D. Afonso Henriques, and viewed the church, the cloisters and the high choir.
