On behalf of the people of Portugal and in my own personal name, I address deepest condolences to the family of Henrique Viana.
During his career of over 50 years, Henrique Viana treaded the more important stages of the country, a true figure of the theater, cinema and television who, throughout the years, earned the respect of all the Portuguese.
It is thus fitting that, in this hour of mourning, I should honour the memory of an actor who deserved the respect of all those who followed his performances.
