Message from the President of the Republic to Carlos do Carmo, on the occasion of the award of the Goya Prize

Upon receiving the information that the Spanish Academy of Cinematographic Arts had attributed the Goya Prize for the Best Original Song to “Fado da Saudade”, I want to compliment you for this distinction that so greatly honours Portuguese music.

Please accept my congratulations and sincere wishes for your personal and professional good fortune.
