The President of the Republic presided, in the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, at the Award Ceremony of the “FAZ” – Innovatory Entrepreneurialism in the Portuguese Diaspora Prizes, and of the Prize for Portuguese Original Ideas, during which the prize winners’ names were announced.

The President of the Republic received, in audience, the Governing Officers of the Portuguese Olympics Committee.
In the celebration ceremonies of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities, the President of the Republic awarded several individualities from the Communities of the Portuguese Diaspora and foreign citizens with decorations which will opportunely given out.

Meeting in the Citadel Palace
The President of the Republic received, in the Palace of the Cascais Citadel, Prince Albert II of Monaco, on the occasion of the Conference “Ocean Sustainability – Good Governance for the Sustainable Development of the Sea”, in honour of whom he later hosted a reception.
Committee received by the President
The President of the Republic received, in audience, the President and members of the Organizing Committee for the Celebrations of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities, which this year will be held in the city of Elvas.
Audience in Belém
The President of the Republic received, in audience, the Speaker of the Madeira Parliament, Dr. José Miguel Mendonça, and the President of the Madeira Regional Government, Dr. Alberto João Jardim.
Andris Berzins received in Belém
On the occasion of the Working Visit he is carrying out in Portugal, the President of the Latvian Republic, Andris Berzins, was received by the President of the Republic in the Palace of Belém.
