Concert by Ana Moura
In the last event of his State Visit to Romania, the President of the Republic hosted, in Bucharest, a concert performed by fado singer Ana Moura followed by a reception in honour of his Romanian counterpart, Klaus Weber Iohannis and his wife, Mrs. Carmen Iohannis.
Portuguese investment in Bucharest
The of the Republic visited, in one of Bucharest’s quarters, the construction site of Park Lake Shopping Centre, promoted by the Portuguese company Sonae Sierra.
Decoration ceremony
As included in the programme of the State Visit to Romania, the President closed the colloquium “Portugal and Romania: an eternal recurrence”, and paid tribute to several Romanian translators and editors dedicated to Portuguese language, literature and culture.

The President of the Republic attended, in Cotrocenti Palace, Bucharest, a dinner held by his Romanian counterpart, Klaus Werner Iohannis, in honour of the Portuguese Head of State and Mrs. Cavaco Silva.
Tribute in Carol I Park
On the first day of his State Visit to Romania, the President of the Republic paid a tribute to the Romanian Unknown Soldier, placing a wreath on the monument in Carol I Park, Bucharest, in a ceremony with military honours.
House of Parliament
As programmed for his State Visit to Romania, the President of the Republic met, in Parliament House, Bucharest, with the President of the Senate, Calin Popescu-Tariceanu.

The last event of the State Visit to Bulgaria ended in the Chancellery of Sofia University, where the President of the Republic decorated with the grade of Commanders of the Order of Prince Henry the Navigator three Portuguese language Bulgarian teachers.
