Audiences in Belém
The President of the Republic heard today the opinions of employers’ confederations (CIP - industries, CCP – trade & services, CAP – agriculture, and CTP – tourism) concerning the economic and social outlook for the Country, within the circumstances of the rejection, by Parliament, of the Programme of the XX Constitutional Government, and regarding the guidelines for economic and social policies considered essential in order that Portugal maintains, in the future, a path of growth and job creation.
The President of the Republic will hear, tomorrow, the opinions of the workers’ unions confederations (CGTP-IN and UGT), the Chairman of the Economic and Social Committee, as well as the Association of Family Businesses and the Forum for Competitiveness.
