Visit to University
The President of the Republic visited the new campus of the University of Macau, and witnessed the signature of a memorandums of understanding between the latter and Lisbon and Minho Universities, for interchange of Portuguese and Asian studies, and of a protocol with the Portuguese company TechnoPhage concerning Chinese traditional medicine.
Later, a student of the University’s Portuguese Department recited a poem by Fernando Pessoa.
