The Presidency of the Republic publishes the following communiqué:
1. The President of the Republic received today, in audience, and at his request, the Prime Minster who, in the latter part of the meeting, was accompanied by the Minister of State and Finance.
2. The President of the Republic reiterates his understanding that the Government has the required conditions to comply with the democratic mandate for which it was elected and stressed the need for the international commitments assumed to be honoured, and that the necessary be reached and preserved consensus in order to safeguard of the supreme national interest.
