President of the Republic determined the city of Elvas as host in 2013 to the Celebrations of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities

The President of the Republic decreed today that the city of Elvas should be centre of the 2013 Celebrations of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities.
