“President of the Republic asked the Constitutional Court to check on the constitutionality of the measures in the Budget Law

The President of the Republic today asked the Constitutional Court to check on the constitutionality of the following measures in the State’s Budget Law for 2013:


- Article 29 - suspension of the payment of the holiday subsidy or equivalent;

- Article 77 - suspension of the payment of the holiday subsidy or equivalent of pensioners;

- Article 78 - additional solidarity contribution.”
