The President of the Republic did not enact bill in respect of the Lisbon administrative reorganization

The President of the Republic took the decision, in line with article No. 136 of the Constitution, not to enact Parliamentary Decree No. 60/XII, relative to the Lisbon administrative reorganization, and returned the respective bill to Parliament for reconsideration.
