Presentation in the Garden of the Waterfall
The President of the Republic promoted, in the Palace of Belém, an Encounter with Young Portuguese Chefs, in a gesture of public recognition of the importance of these professionals, who have provided relevant added values to the Country and helped to promote Portugal in foreign parts. Approximately 50 chefs were present in the event.
A session was held in the Hall of Fountains, where several speeches were addressed, including that of President Aníbal Cavaco Silva, and which was attended by more than 100 guests.
Later, in the Garden of the Waterfall, a presentation of the dishes prepared by the young chefs was followed by a tasting ceremony.
