The President of the Republic paid tribute to entrepreneur Álvaro Pinho da Costa Leite, a natural of Vale de Cambra who was noted for his enterprising spirit.
Founder of an economic group, Commander Costa Leite has now given his name to a square in the capital of the County, and the respective plaque was unveiled by the President, who delivered an address during the ceremony.
Prior to this President Aníbal Cavaco Silva had signed the Book of Honour of the County Hall and was awarded the keys to the City.
