The President of the Republic enacted today the bill approved by the Government that alters the legal Terms of Urbanization and Building.
This bill exempts from external verification speciality projects when these are covered by a certificate of liability with respect to electric power and gas networks.
Since the Government declared, at the request of the Presidency of the Republic, that the alteration in question provides adequate guarantees as to the security of the projects and that the transient period of 90 days is sufficient to allow adapting to the new legal terms, the President of the Republic decided to enact this bill.
