President of the Republic chose the city of Faro as the location for the 2010 Celebrations of the National Day of Portugal, and appointed Doctor António Barreto as Chairman of the Organizing Committee

The President of the Republic assigned the city of Faro as the location for the celebrations, in 2010, of the National Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities.

At the same time, the President of the Republic appointed Doctor António Barreto as Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the Commemorations.
