Inaugural act of the homage plaque
The President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva attended the homage ceremony that the Government of Andorra held in the memory of the five Portuguese who, in November 2009, were victims of an accident in the construction work of a viaduct for the Dels Dos Vallires Tunnel, in the capital of the Principality.
The Prime Minister of Andorra, Jaume Bartumeu Cassany, as well as other Government and City officers of Andorra la Vella were present at the ceremony.
