General António Ramalho Eanes represents Portugal at the swearing in of the new President of the Republic of South Africa

At the invitation of President Aníbal Cavaco Silva, the former President of the Republic General António Ramalho Eanes will represent Portugal, on 9 May next, in the ceremony of induction into office of the new President of the Republic of South Africa.
