The President of the Russian Federation, Mister Dmitri Medvedev, makes a stop-over in Lisbon, on 21 November, on his way to the XVI APEC Summit, which will be held in Lima, Peru, on 22 and 23 November.
During his stay in Portugal, President Medvedev will have a meeting with President Cavaco Silva, who will later host a dinner in his honour. The Prime Minister and the Minister of State and of Foreign affairs will also be present.
