Decorations awarded in Belém
The President of the Republic decorated with the Grand Cross of the Order of Sant’Iago da Espada Prof. Doctor Daniel Serrão, Dr. Jorge Biscaia and Prof. Doctor Walter Osswald, at the same time as he paid tribute to Prof. Doctor Luís Archer, who had already been awarded the same distinction.
The individualities decorated in the ceremony which was held in the Palace of Belém are considered as the Pioneers of Bioethics in Portugal.
The President of the Republic delivered a speech during the ceremony.
