The President of the Republic and Mrs. Cavaco Silva arrived in Maputo, where, on Monday, they will commence a State Visit at the invitation of the Mozambican President, Armando Guebuza.
In addition to the meetings with his Mozambican counterpart, President Aníbal Cavaco Silva will address speeches to the Mozambique Parliament and to the Municipal Council, and will attend a Luso-Mozambican economic and entrepreneurial seminar as well as a conference on the topic "Portuguese, a Global Language". He will also visit the Island of Mozambique.
